Introducing MyAccount
Access all faxes sent and received through your MetroFax account. Search for faxes using folders or even by keywords you’ve tagged. See how it works in this video.
My Account provides a convenient dashboard interface for viewing and sending faxes online, accessing account usage logs, and updating your account settings.
View Faxes takes you to the My Account Message Center. Here you can view faxes, either organize them into folders or by using tags, and manage your contacts. Each number assigned to your account has its own Message Center. Use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select each number.
Send Fax Pages allows you to send a fax quickly from anywhere. You can access contacts, add new recipients, enter cover-page text, and upload attachments — all from the form overlay.
Update Account brings up the Account Overview screen. This screen provides an ‘At-A-Glance’ look at your account Preferences such as time-zone settings, the email addresses registered to send and receive fax pages, and file formats. From here, you can also access Billing information, Usage logs, and your account Profile.
